Our dumpster rental and hauling service includes the transportation of your items. We’ll handle the drop-off of the container, give you permission to load it, and pick it up when you’re finished. All hauling fees are included, making the process simple, easy, and hassle-free.

At all times, you as the customer retain ownership of everything placed in the dumpster. Easy Drop Dumpster Co. simply transports the materials and does not assume ownership or title of any items placed in the container.

Responsibility and liability for all materials loaded into the dumpster remain with the customer, as outlined in and agreed to in our Terms and Conditions of service.

Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and there’s no charge. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee. If a cancellation is made upon delivery, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

Yes, your dumpster rental and hauling costs are based on weight. If your load goes over the weight limit extra charges will apply. To view overage costs, see our pricing page!

Extra charges may apply if your dumpster exceeds weight limits, needs to be relocated after delivery, or contains certain appliances or special items. Additional fees will also apply if hazardous materials or liquids are discovered in the dumpster.

When you’re finished, simply call or text us and we’ll swing by for pickup. There’s no need for you to be on-site—just make sure all materials are level with or below the top of the dumpster and that the area around it is clear of vehicles or other obstacles. We’ll take care of the rest and be on our way. Easy drop, easy pickup.

A roll-off dumpster is a large, open-top waste container designed for efficient disposal during home projects, renovations, construction, and cleanouts. It is delivered to your property on a specialized trailer and carefully rolled off into place for convenient ground-level loading.
For added ease, one side of our dumpsters features swing-open doors, allowing you to walk materials directly inside instead of lifting them over the top—making loading safer, faster, and more convenient. Once on site, the dumpster remains available for the duration of your project, allowing you to dispose of materials such as construction debris, household junk, or landscaping waste at your own pace. When the job is complete, the dumpster is securely rolled back onto the trailer and hauled away for proper disposal.

In most cases, a permit is only needed if your dumpster will be placed on a street, sidewalk, or other public property. If the dumpster is going on your own driveway, business property, or another privately owned space, a permit typically isn’t required.
Some homeowners associations may have their own rules, so we recommend checking with your HOA ahead of time to make sure everything goes smoothly before your rental.
